YOUTH DIVERSION
Emerging Adult Justice Program
Diversion program for youth ages 16-18 as they transition into adulthood. The program seeks to divert youth from involvement with the criminal justice system by helping youth identify and tap into their skills, talents, and passions. The programs goal is to offer true partnership and empower youth to become their best self by focusing on their personal and professional development. We gather resources by building community partnerships to provide professional development, vocational training, counseling services, educational services. The services and programs are individualized to meet the specific needs and life goals of our youth. Provide real-life training in areas such as financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Participation in this program is voluntary in lieu of prosecution.
