Anthony Bell B/M 09/10/1967

On 10/27/2016 at 1851 hours, Officers were dispatched to 1632 Elmwood Ave. on a reported shooting. Upon arrival Officers located Anthony Bell lying in the front yard with an apparent gunshot wound. Bell was transported to a local hospital in life threating condition where he later died as a result of his injuries. Witnesses provided information that there were two black male suspects that fled the scene.
