As of July 31, 2019, MULES is the primary provider of criminal justice information for KCPD. Due to MULES requirements, KCPD can no longer provide criminal history services to citizens and businesses. MULES is the custodian of records of criminal history data for the state and provides an on-line public service to obtain certified criminal history records.
