Below are the votes from the closed session of the Board of Police Commissioners meeting on February 12, 2019.

Following a motion by Commissioner Wagner and a second by Commissioner Shurin, the Board voted to go into closed session to discuss litigation matters, personnel matters and labor negotiations. The vote was 5-0 in favor. Following polling, Commissioner Garrett voted Aye, Mayor James voted Aye, Commissioner Shurin voted Aye, Commissioner Tolbert voted Aye, and Commissioner Wagner voted Aye.

Following a motion by Commissioner Shurin and a second by Mayor James, the Board voted to approve the application for continued employment of M.P.O. Ann Malnar. The vote was 5-0 in favor. Following polling, Commissioner Garrett voted Aye, Mayor James voted Aye, Commissioner Shurin voted Aye, Commissioner Tolbert voted Aye, and Commissioner Wagner voted Aye.

Following a motion by Mayor James and a second by Commissioner Tolbert, the Board voted to approve the minutes of the closed sessions of the Board of Police Commissioners on January 8, 2019, and on January 14, 2019. The vote was 5-0 in favor. Following polling, Commissioner Garrett voted Aye, Mayor James voted Aye, Commissioner Shurin voted Aye, Commissioner Tolbert voted Aye, and Commissioner Wagner voted Aye.

Following a motion by Commissioner Shurin and a second by Commissioner Tolbert, the Board voted to come out of closed session and adjourn. The vote was 5-0 in favor. Following polling, Commissioner Garrett voted Aye, Mayor James voted Aye, Commissioner Shurin voted Aye, Commissioner Tolbert voted Aye, and Commissioner Wagner voted Aye.

The Board adjourned at 12:42 p.m.
